Our Contracts Manager, Brian Snow, was delighted to make a presentation to our Project Manager, JP Lynch & General Foreman, Seamus Scanlon, to mark their 5-year anniversary with Sorensen Civil Engineering. Seamus and JP have brought a wealth of experience to the Sorensen team in road building and infrastructural projects. We’d like to thank them both for their hard work & dedication to the company over the past five years, it is very much appreciated. We wish them well in their next five years with Team Sorensen!

Giving back to the Community: As part of our Community Liaison work on our N73 Clogher to Waterdyke Road Realignment Scheme, Sorensen MD, John Wallace recently gave a presentation to the students at Shanballymore National School.

We received a warm welcome from the students and teachers during our visit where we covered topics such as road construction plant, project progress, interesting Sorensen projects and the civil engineering industry in general.

We would like to thank the school for their hospitality and all the pupils for taking part. We look forward to re-opening the N73 road on St Patrick’s weekend so the teachers and pupils can see first hand the great job that Team Sorensen is doing near their school!
