Sorensen’s marine team welcomed 6th year students from Scoil Phobail Bhéara in Casteltownbere, to our Dinish Wharf project for a site visit this morning. The site team explained the various construction methodologies that were used to deliver each element of this large infrastructural project. The feedback from the students was very positive, and they showed a lot of interest in the Civil & Marine Engineering industry, which is very encouraging.

This project is located adjacent to Scoil Phobail Bhéara, so the students and the staff had a great view of the progress over the past year or so. We’d like to thank the staff & students for taking the time to visit us on site today, and we wish the students the best of luck in their future studies.
