As part of our commitment to the Engineers Ireland ‘STEPS to Engineering’ programme, Sorensen Contracts Manager, Paraic McCarthy gave a presentation to the 4th class students at Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School, Limerick City.
We received a warm welcome from the students and teachers during our visit, where we covered topics such as road construction, interesting Civil Engineering projects, and the civil engineering industry in general.
We would like to thank the school for their hospitality and all the pupils for taking part. Hopefully we have inspired some of the pupils to choose Civil Engineering as a career!
